SLAYER Returns to the East Coast for One-Night-Only Show at Hersheypark Stadium
Metalheads, prepare for one of the most brutal nights of the year—SLAYER is rising again for a single East Coast show at Hersheypark Stadium on Saturday, September 20, 2025, and the lineup is absolutely stacked.
Set to be their only East Coast appearance of 2025, the show will be hosted by WWE superstar Damian Priest, a longtime SLAYER disciple whose finisher is appropriately named “South of Heaven.” This 30,000-seat spectacle promises all the pyrotechnic firepower and venomous riffage that made SLAYER legends—and it’s happening just once.
Joining the thrash kings are:
- Knocked Loose – modern hardcore’s chaos incarnate
- Power Trip – bringing their crushing thrash revival to the pit
- Suicidal Tendencies – crossover kings who defined a genre
- Cavalera – performing Sepultura’s Chaos A.D. in full
- Exodus – unleashing their seminal Bonded by Blood album live
Tom Araya didn’t mince words: “Slayyyyyyyyeeeeeeeerrrrr! One night only, stacked lineup—it’s gonna be f*cking sick! Hersheypark—be there… or you’re either dead, in jail, or a sissy!”
This performance follows last year’s explosive reunion at Riot Fest and Aftershock, where SLAYER played to overwhelming crowds after a five-year hiatus. Though the band remains adamant that they won’t tour or record again, they’ve embraced the occasional epic event.
Guitarist Kerry King, who’s also riding high from the release of his solo album From Hell I Rise, said the Hershey show will feature “all of our big fire effects” and the full SLAYER live spectacle: “We’re gonna burn everything like we used to.”
Tickets go on pre-sale Tuesday, April 8 at 10 a.m. ET, with general on-sale Friday, April 11 at slayer.net. Doors open at 3 p.m. ET, with the show kicking off at 4 p.m. sharp.
For fans—young and old—this might be the last chance to experience SLAYER live on the East Coast. As Kerry King said, “Say a kid was 10 when we retired. Now he’s 15—it’s his first chance to see us. That’s important.”
